You are solely responsible for sharing links or songs with others. Do not share private or sensitive data in the song creation fields.

5. Account Security

Keep your account credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver a great experience, but we do not guarantee that the songs will be perfect or free of errors. Gift A Song is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from using the platform.
